In a classification, wetlands are regarded as the most valuable natural ecosystem on Earth. Studies suggest that the economic value of each hectare of wetland sometimes reaches billions of dollars, and this value continuously provides services to users. Values and functions of Solduz Wetland can be classified into three groups: economic, ecological and cultural.
